Pitchers do not start out winning the Cy Young Award for pitching. Even Corey Kluber and Clayton Kershaw, both 2014 Cy Young Award winners, were young once, and young pitchers start out in summer leagues or on high school teams and college teams. To reward a young pitcher’s talent, we offer our Baseball Pitcher Statue Trophy (item #RFB041). This wonderfully detailed bronze colored statuette captures a pitcher as he strides toward home plate before hurling a pitch past the batter. Constructed from a durable resin material, the award stands nearly 9” tall. A black base supports the trophy and provides plenty of room for personalization.
