Now we have taken this utility tool and made it into a ceremonial tribute. Our Firefighter Bronze Axe and Display Plaque (item #AT1819) has a rich, dark walnut mounting board that measures over 3 feet long. The traditional axe has a smoothly sanded handle created from hickory wood, and the bronze axe head has an ornamental Maltese Cross. A black and gold engraving plate comes attached to the walnut mounting board, and our graphic artists will etch insignia and other artwork on the plate.
